eUtility Billing
E-billing and online services are available for your utility bills. The system is easy to use and allows you to view and pay your utility bills online. You can also choose to receive paper bills, paperless e-billing, or both. By choosing e-billing you save the City money, reduce clutter and impact our planet in a positive way. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and e-checks.
How To Access the Service
Click the "Pay or View Bill" link at the bottom of this page and it will take you to the online payment service access page.

To Pay or Register - PLEASE READ

To access your account, you will need your customer and account numbers. Go to the website using the link below, locate your bill, then check the box and select "register with selected invoice" and enter your email address and create a password.


Rental Properties:
Only property owners may register for an account. However, tenants will have the option of making one-time payments.

If you prefer to make one-time payments (no registration)
This option is now available on our new service by locating your bill, adding it to the shopping cart and selecting one time payment.

Getting Started
You will need to decide whether to make a one-time payment or register. When you make a one-time payment, you will receive an email confirmation of payment but no payment information will be saved and you will not be able to access any account history.

If you register, you may sign up for advanced features like e-billing and scheduled payments as well as access your billing and payment history. We recommend that payers register in order to take advantage of scheduling payments and viewing payment history. The online bill looks just like your paper bill and is available in PDF format if you wish to download or print it. This is a two step process. If you sign up for automatic payments or paperless billing, you will received an email confirmation to complete the registration process. If you do not confirm via the email link, the process will not be complete.
