Classes offer an opportunity for hand building and throwing on the wheel.
Participants must wear closed toe shoes.

Pottery participants will be issued a membership card, which must be scanned at the customer service desk each time you use open studio or attend class. If you register in person, you will receive your membership card at that time. If you register online or by phone, allow extra time on the first day of class to get your card at the customer service desk. Cards are valid for registered students for the session they are registered for. For times, check open studio schedule, which is available at the customer service desk and posted on the pottery studio door.

All pieces/items fired at the Community Center must be made onsite in the Brooklyn Center Community Center Pottery Studio with clay obtained from Brooklyn Center Community Center.
Pieces/items must be for personal use or gifts; no resale.
Pieces made outside the Brooklyn Center Community Center Pottery Studio will not be fired.
