The Engineering Division provides engineering support services for street reconstruction and other capital improvements, administration of the City's state aid street system, traffic engineering, mapping, review of proposed developments and plats, certification of special assessments and general office and fieldwork services such as surveying, inspection and public information.
Engineering Goals:
Collect and process information for other City improvement projects.
Collect and process information for proposed street and utility improvements.
Conduct special studies as needed.
Inspect City improvement projects.
Perform design and contract administration for street improvement projects, utility projects and enhancement projects.
Review proposed developments and plats.
