The City Council awarded the project to S.R. Weidema, Inc. Phase 1 was completed fall of 2019, and construction for phases 2 and 3 began in April 2020.  Construction is complete with the exception of various punch list items.  The Contractor is required to provide a warranty on all work for one year from the date of acceptance of the project.

Thanks to all of you for your patience and understanding throughout this process!  It is our hope and intent that the improvements in the neighborhood, combined with previous, existing and future improvements throughout the City, will provide a strong and healthy long-term economic base for the entire City and will renew a sense of community and neighborhood pride.
