Construction is complete with the exception of various punch list items. The Contractor is required to provide a warranty on all work for one year from the date of acceptance of the project.

October 24, 2017 - Neighborhood informational meeting held
November 13, 2017 - City Council received feasibility report
December 11, 2017 - City Council conducted public hearing, authorized the project and order preparation of plans and specifications
February 26, 2018 - City Council approved plans and specifications and authorized the advertisement for bids
April 23, 2018 - City Council accepted bids and awarded contract
May 2018 - Start project construction
November 2018 - Construction substantially complete
