Fix-Up Fund Program

Brooklyn Center residents have the opportunity to participate in the Fix-Up Fund Program with a buy down of the interest rate on a home improvement loan.  The Fix-Up Fund Program is a home improvement loan program for owner-occupied properties. An owner can borrow between $2,000 and $50,000 for a maximum term of 20 years at 3%. Household income limit is $94,700 in the Twin Cities metro area.
