Administrative Traffic Committee (ATC)
The purpose of the Administrative Traffic Committee (ATC) is to review complaints and requests relating to traffic, monitor speed and traffic count data, and make decisions about traffic issues. The committee consists of the City Manager, Police Chief and the Director of Public Works/City Engineer. After receiving a traffic safety request, the ATC will conduct a preliminary study that will take into consideration traffic and pedestrian volumes, vehicular speed, accident history, visibility and other conditions.
