Laserfiche Instructions
The City stores most of its records in Laserfiche, an electronic records management system. To access Planning Commission records, follow the instructions below. Some records may not be available in Laserfiche, as the City is continually scanning records and updating the Laserfiche repository.

  • When you click on Laserfiche WebLink, the Planning Commission folder of records will open.
  • Record folders are stored in decades (i.e., 1990-1999, 2000-2009, etc.).
  • Choose which records you wish to access by clicking on the desired folder.
  • Individual records are generally named with the year first, then the date (i.e., 2010 05-27 PCP - this is the May 27, 2010, Planning Commission Agenda Packet)
  • Choose which record you desire to access.
