National Night Out is a great crime prevention tool. It encourages you and your neighbors to get together. When neighbors know each other and pay attention to their surroundings it helps law enforcement by recognizing and reporting suspicious people or vehicles. The more you know about your neighborhood, the more you can do to keep it safe.
