Evergreen Park Area Reconstruction Project
Project Update
At its meeting on March 27, 2017, the City Council awarded the project to Ryan Contracting Company of Elko, Minnesota. A neighborhood meeting was held at the Water Treatment Plant, 7110 Camden Avenue N on April 6, 2017, at which time residents had the opportunity to ask questions and meet with City staff and the Contractor. Construction has started and weekly construction updates and monthly newsletters will be added to this site throughout the project.

Full street reconstruction with concrete curb and gutter
Storm sewer replacement
Sanitary sewer replacement
Partial water main replacement

Project Schedule
October 12, 2016 - Neighborhood informational meeting held

October 24, 2016 - City Council received feasibility report, declared costs to be assessed and calls for public hearing

November 28, 2016 - City Council held public hearing, authorized the project and ordered preparation of plans and specifications

January 23, 2017 - City Council approved plans and specifications and authorizes the advertisement for bids

March 2017 - Bid Opening and City Council to award contractor
April 2017
- Start project construction
October 2017 - Anticipated construction substantially complete
