Project Update
Construction is complete with the exception of various punch list items. The Contractor is required to provide a warranty on all work for one year from the date of acceptance of the project.

Thanks to all of you for your patience and understanding throughout this process!  It is our hope and intent that the improvements in the neighborhood, combined with previous, existing and future improvements throughout the City, will provide a strong and healthy long term economic base for the entire City and will renew a sense of community and neighborhood pride.

Project Schedule
June 29, 2016 - Neighborhood information meeting held

June 13, 2016 - City Council received feasibility report, declares costs to be assessed and calls for public hearing

July 11, 2016 - City Council held public hearing, authorized the project and ordered preparation of plans and specifications

July 25, 2016 - City Council approved plans and specifications and authorized the advertisement for bids

September 2016 - Anticipated start project construction

November 2016 - Anticipated construction substantially complete
